To help break through on social, we cut the spots into a cheesy 90s-style sitcom intro, turning our hero and his dented car door into the stars of their own odd-couple comedy complete an aggressively upbeat theme song.
Maaco also wanted a more ownable way to remind people they specialize in paint. Enter the “Maaco Hand,” a unique transition in the TV spots that evolved into a flexible visual tool across social.
We also created a content series featuring real Maaco techs, putting an authentic, friendly face behind the brand.
